OUR QA ASSESSMENT PROCESS
There is a pre-onsite data collection phase before the Quality Assessment commences. The client completes the pre-assessment forms at this time, and they also gather the necessary paperwork to begin the study. Together with discussing and confirming the Assessment’s goals with the Client’s project team leader before the data gathering period. Many techniques are used in this phase to acquire data like Various development artifacts and documentation, such as test cases, defects, requirements specifications, user stories, marketing sheets, organization charts, customer service help desk tickets, quality statements, and definitions of quality processes, are included in the pre-review data collection.
